| 前段時間在安裝“紫光輸入法3.0”時，系統提示“不能訪問windows installer 服務，可能在安全模式下運行 windows 或者windows installer 沒有正確的安裝，請和你的支持人員聯系以獲得幫助”。 Windows2000系統： 1、點擊 開始－－>運行，輸入 CMD 命令，在彈出的CMD命令提示符窗口中輸入“msiexec /unregserver”命令，是為了停掉windows installer服務。 2、下載windows installer服務安裝程序包，Windows2000/NT系統的安裝程序包為“InstMsiW.exe”Windows98/ME安裝程序包為"InstMsiA.exe",Windows XP系統則集成了最新版本的Windows Installer v2.0。下載“InstMsiW.exe”安裝程序包后，將其用winrar解壓開，然后進入到此目錄中。 3、右鍵單擊“msi.inf”文件，點擊“安裝”選項，接著右鍵單擊“mspatcha.inf ”文件，點擊“安裝”。 4、在CMD命令提示符下輸入“msiexec /regserver”命令，這樣就啟動了windows installer服務，重新啟動Windows2000系統后，問題就得到解決。 Windows XP系統： 1、使用記事本編寫installer.reg文件，內容如下： Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSIServer] "ImagePath"=- "ImagePath"=hex(2):25,00,53,00,79,00,73,00,74,00,65,00,6d,00,52,00,6f,00,6f,00,\ 74,00,25,00,5c,00,53,00,79,00,73,00,74,00,65,00,6d,00,33,00,32,00,5c,00,6d,\ 00,73,00,69,00,65,00,78,00,65,00,63,00,2e,00,65,00,78,00,65,00,20,00,2f,00,\ 56,00,00,00 然后將文件保存為“.reg”格式，雙擊該文件，將文件內容導入注冊表。 2、重新啟動電腦進入安全模式（啟動時按F8鍵），然后點擊開始－－>運行，輸入CMD命令，在彈出的CMD命令提示符窗口中輸入“msiexec /regserver”，最后重新啟動系統即可。 后來重裝計算機時,碰到一系列的關于windows installer的出錯信息,又查了一些相關資料，找到了答案。 1、所有使用installer安裝的程序，均不能正常安裝，提示：“不能訪問windows installer 服務?？赡苣阍诎踩Ｊ较逻\行 windows ，或者windows installer 沒有正確的安裝。請和你的支持人員聯系以獲得幫助” 2、察看windows installer服務，一般為停用。如果試圖在service中啟用，有時會發現，被系統禁用，再啟動，提示：“指定的服務已標記為刪除” 3、如果試圖重新安裝InstMsiW.exe，提示：“指定的服務已存在” resolution: The MSI Installer can be a real pain. It may be that one of the files required by it is corrupt. Here''s what you do. Run msiexec /unregserver again. Then delete msiexec.exe from the system32 directory. Potentially, you could rerun the install at this point but for some reason this doesn''t always work. Instead, download a fresh copy of the windows installer, use an unzipping tool to extract it, go into the folder and manually install from the inf files. To do this, right click on it and select install. Make sure you do msi.inf first, and then mspatcha.inf or you get a missing file error (likely because msiexec.exe is missing). After all this run msiexec.exe /regserver to recreate the service. 先用msiexec /unregserver 停掉windows installer服務。下載InstMsiW.exe，用winrar解壓開。進入目錄。右擊msi.inf ，點擊安裝，右擊mspatcha.inf ，點擊安裝。再用msiexec.exe /regserver 啟用服務。 |
